If you need a short break, choose a time-out of 24 hours, 1 week, or 1 month. During this time, logging into your account or placing bets will be completely suspended.

Temporary Break

Self-Exclusion

Use self-exclusion for long-term protection. You can close your account for anywhere from 6 months to permanently. Once this request takes effect, it cannot be reversed.

Long-Term Protection

Bet Limit Setting

Set a maximum bet amount for each session in advance. This will protect you from excessive losses and help you enjoy entertainment within your budget.

Budget Management

Session Time Limit

Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. When the set time is reached, a warning message will be displayed automatically to remind you to take a break.

Time Control

Account Verification

Through age and identity verification, we ensure that only adults aged 21 and above can open an account. This is the key safeguard protecting minors from gaming.

Age Protection

Signs of Problem Gambling

Stay aware of your own behaviour. If the following signs appear, it is important to seek help.

A tendency to spend more than your set budget.
Repeatedly returning to play in order to recover losses ("chasing losses").
Hiding your gaming habits from family or friends.
Neglecting work, family, or daily responsibilities in order to play.
Taking on debt or spending savings to fund gaming.
Feeling anxious or irritable when unable to play.
Repeatedly trying to stop playing but not succeeding.
Using gambling as a way to escape from stress or problems.

Tips for Safe Gaming

Follow these simple rules for responsible gaming.

Set a Budget

Before each session, decide how much you are willing to spend. This amount should be money whose loss would not affect your daily life.

Take Breaks

Avoid long sessions. Take a break at least once every hour, get up and walk around, and get some fresh air. Keeping a clear head leads to better decisions.

Play for Entertainment

Do not think of gaming as a source of income. It is entertainment only. Think of every bet as money you are spending on fun — like buying a movie ticket.

Avoid Alcohol

Avoid gaming while under the influence of alcohol or any other substance. Make decisions with a clear mind.
